CHESS TOURNAMENT

The annual Chess Tournament is open to students in third through sixth grade. It is usually held in early May.  Chris Sparks serves as the judge.  There are three top overall winners, plus winners in each grade level. Trophies are awarded. 

New to Conn-Area Catholic School this summer was our very first chess workshop. This was open to the public and provided instruction on strategies.
